Bersa Art Jewellery accepts returns and refunds only for unused, undamaged items reported within 7 days of delivery. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable. Refunds are issued after inspection and may take 5–7 business days to process. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Bersa Art Jewellery reserves the right to refuse refunds for items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
